Delivery / Service Fulfilment Policy

The Level 1 intake lets you save proposed home details. Payment and report automation are not yet active. Your confirmation reference confirms only that your intake was saved; it is not proof of a paid order, completed analysis or report delivery.

Once payment and report automation are activated, Home Cost Check is intended to deliver a personalised preliminary report with a cost range, effective ₹/sft, broad allocation, budget gap or surplus, an indicative funding/EMI scenario where inputs are provided, assumptions and next-step guidance.

BuildGuard is designed for digital delivery through two channels: the report PDF will be sent to your registered email address after successful payment and report generation, and the PDF itself will also be delivered to your registered mobile number on WhatsApp once an approved WhatsApp Business integration is configured. These integrations are not yet live — no report is auto-sent at present.

The exact report format, expected turnaround, the point at which the delivery period starts, and the process for missing or incomplete inputs must be confirmed and published before a paid order is accepted. No instant delivery or fixed turnaround is promised at present.

Level 1 does not require drawings. Its guidance is based on the location, intended area, specification, budget and other inputs you provide. Additional clarification may be necessary if inputs are incomplete or inconsistent.

The report is not a contractor quotation, bank sanction/eligibility confirmation, architectural or structural certification, final BOQ or guaranteed project cost. Final cost depends on drawings, specifications, quantities, site/soil conditions, statutory requirements, market rates and project choices.

Before paid ordering begins, BuildGuard will publish a verified support channel and the procedure for delivery failures, incorrect inputs, corrections and service issues, along with the confirmed Refund/Cancellation Policy. Keep your submission reference for enquiries.

Level 2 begins with submission of available project drawings and quotations. BuildGuard first reviews completeness and the appropriate next-stage scope. Deliverables, price and fulfilment timing are separately confirmed after review and before agreed paid work begins; the intake itself does not promise a completed detailed estimate or final BOQ.
