It produces a personalised preliminary report with a cost range, effective ₹/sft, broad cost-head allocation, budget gap or surplus, an illustrative funding/EMI scenario where inputs are provided, assumptions and next-step guidance.

Level 2 is a separate document completeness and scope review for customers who already have drawings or quotations. Scope and price for any Level 2 work are confirmed after review and before paid work begins.

Final cost depends on drawings, specifications, quantities, site and soil conditions, statutory requirements, market rates and project choices. Any funding or EMI scenario is illustrative only and is not financial advice or a lending offer.
