BuildGuard Home Cost Check is the Level 1 digital preliminary cost-planning product, offered at ₹99 once payment is activated. Current Level 1 service geography is Andhra Pradesh. Payment activation is pending: you can save your home details now, but no payment is collected and no automatic report delivery is promised from that submission.

The report is intended to provide a personalised preliminary cost range, effective ₹/sft, broad cost allocation, budget gap or surplus, an indicative funding/EMI scenario where relevant inputs are supplied, assumptions and next-step guidance. Paid order details, applicable taxes if any, delivery timing and support arrangements must be disclosed before payment activation.

Estimates are indicative planning guidance. They are not contractor quotations, bank loan sanction or eligibility confirmation, architectural or structural certification, a final bill of quantities (BOQ), or a guarantee of final project cost.

BuildGuard is not presented as a licensed architect or engineer. Professional design, site investigation, statutory approvals, engineering decisions and certification remain with appropriately qualified professionals.

You are responsible for supplying accurate, complete and up-to-date inputs, and for having permission to submit any documents. Incomplete or incorrect information can materially affect a planning estimate.

Final cost depends on drawings, specifications, quantities, site and soil conditions, statutory requirements, market rates and project choices. Changes in scope, brands, interiors or execution can change the outcome. Do not treat a preliminary range as a fixed-price offer or as sufficient to appoint a contractor, sanction a loan or begin construction.

Any funding or EMI scenario is an illustration based on supplied inputs and stated assumptions. It is not financial advice, a lending offer, a credit assessment or a promise that a lender will approve a loan. Actual rates, eligibility, fees and repayment terms are determined by the lender.

Customers with drawings or quotations can submit a Level 2 intake for document completeness and scope review. Submission does not confirm an engagement, price, delivery date or final BOQ. Appropriate scope and price are confirmed after review and before any separately agreed work begins.

Saving an intake does not create a paid order. Do not make a payment through an unofficial link or to a personal account claiming to activate this service. Once paid ordering is launched, the published Refund/Cancellation Policy and Delivery/Service Fulfilment Policy will apply alongside the confirmed order scope.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or remedies available to a consumer under applicable Indian law.

BuildGuard is the public brand name. Verified operating/business identity and customer support details must be published before paid ordering begins. We do not publish private customer or owner details from submission records.
