BuildGuard · Customer information

Privacy Policy

Your home plans and personal information deserve careful handling. This policy explains the information collected through BuildGuard’s intake forms and how it is used.

Payment activation pending. Home details can currently be saved; paid report ordering and automatic delivery are not active.

Information you submit

Level 1 collects your name, mobile number, email, preferred contact method where provided, project location, plot dimensions, intended home configuration, built-up area, specification level and budget. Optional funding inputs include own funds, income, existing EMIs, loan tenure and interest rate.

Level 2 collects project and contact details, selected review needs, document availability and any drawings, quotations or other project files you choose to upload. Please submit only information you are entitled to share, and avoid unnecessary identity, bank or third-party personal documents.

Why we use this information

We use your information to save your request, assess the inputs you provide, communicate about your submission and prepare or scope construction cost-planning and advisory services. Optional financial inputs are for indicative affordability and EMI scenarios, not a credit application or lending decision.

A saved intake is not a paid order. Payment processing and automatic report delivery are not currently active. We do not request card numbers, banking passwords or payment OTPs through our intake forms.

Storage, access and service providers

Submissions are stored in BuildGuard’s backend. Uploaded project documents are kept in private storage and are not offered as public download links. The customer-facing site does not provide public access to submitted records.

Hosting and storage providers process information to operate the service. Access should be limited to authorised people and providers who need it to handle your request. Information may also be disclosed when legally required. No security measure can guarantee absolute protection.

Browser storage and cookies

The site and its hosting services may use technical browser storage or cookies necessary for site operation and security. The intake forms keep the current step’s entries in page memory while you complete the form. Do not assume an unfinished form is saved after closing or refreshing the page.

Retention, corrections and deletion

Information is retained for handling submissions and any related service, support or legal obligations. A specific retention period has not yet been published and must be confirmed before paid services launch.

You may request correction or deletion of your submitted information, subject to records we must retain for legal obligations. The support contact and request procedure will be published before payment activation. Quote your submission reference when contacting BuildGuard; do not send sensitive documents unnecessarily.

Changes and contact

This policy may be updated as payment, report delivery and support arrangements are finalised. Review the published policy before placing any future paid order.
